3. Shipping

 
3.1. Shipping Methods
The choice of the transportation company is made either by Nea Optiki S.A. or by the Customer. Nea Optiki S.A. chooses the best and the most economical shipping way. However, if the Customer decides to choose a different transportation company, he/she has to inform Nea Optiki S.A.

For Greece, by choosing a courier company, the products are delivered to the Customer the next working day. For other countries the delivery day differs, depending on the country.

The shipping cost depends on the weight and on the volume of the final order. The Customer gets informed via e-mail.

3.2. Product price
Taxes (VAT), shipping cost, customs clearance expenses and duties are not included in the prices of the products.
 

3.3. Products returns

The Customer could return a part or the entire order only if Nea Optiki S.A. has incorrectly proceeded with an order or with any products of the order.

3.4. Products guarantee
Nea Optiki S.A. offers a 2 year quality guarantee and 2 years after sales service.

3.5. Refunds
Refunds are acceptable only if Nea Optiki S.A. is unable to proceed with the order.
 

3.6. Product restitutions at the e-shop

The restitution policy is defined by the current e-shop of Nea Optiki S.A. where the order has been placed. The rightful representatives of the company are exclusively responsible for the products restitution services of the customers, for any reason.

3.7. Contact

The Customer can contact the e-shop of Nea Optiki S.A. by using the contact information that is shown at the contact web page of the e-shop.

3.8. Customer Complaints

In any case that a Customer makes certain that the given information, regarding the e-shop identity of Nea Optiki S.A., is incomplete or/and incorrect or the shown products or services information, the charges and the payment methods are incomplete, misleading or incorrect, the Customer can send an e-mail to: info@neaoptiki.gr

3.9. Venue & Applicable Laws

Any difference, disagreement or claim, resulted by the use of the e-shop of Nea Optiki S.A. or the attached contracts of purchasing-selling of products and services, will be resolved by the Greek Justice, and suitable for their settlement will be the Court of the city of Athens, Greece.
 

3.10. Acceptance of Terms
The Customer declares that he/she explicitly and unreservedly accepts the above Terms of Use and also he/she accepts to make any purchase by them. The Terms of Use of the transaction amidst the Customer and the e-shop of Nea Optiki S.A., has been read by both the Customer and the representatives of the e-shop.
