2.1. Orders - Delivery
2.1.a. Order Placement
An order is placed by clicking "Confirm Order" on "Order Confirmation" web page.
By this action, the shop gets notified about the new order placement and its detailed information (order number, products, quantity, price, costumer information, shipping info) and meanwhile the costumer receives the above information on an e-mail. By clicking CONFIRM ORDER a unique number is assigned at the order. The customer and the shop can access the order by using this number

2.1.b. Order Cost
The total cost of the order is defined by adding the corresponding VAT at the net price (the prices are defined for every product of the e-shop), plus the applicable shipping cost. The Customer is charged by the e-shop for the total cost of his/her order. For EU transactions the customer is not overloaded from VAT, but only with the cost of SHIPPMENT, while the shipments in customers except European Union are overloaded with the cost shipment, clearance expenses and duties.

2.1.c. Order Delivery
The owner of the e-shop is exclusively responsible for the on time and correct delivery of the customer's order. The owner of the e-shop is obligated to inform the customer by e-mail or in any other contact media by creating a PROFORMA INVOICE in order the customer to pays and to he receives his order.
2.1.d.. Product Availability
Nea Optiki S.A. is not responsible for any deficit that may occur to the customer by not proceeding his/her order. Nea Optiki S.A. cannot be held responsible for products unavailability that may be displayed at the e-shop.
2.2.Personal Data
Nea Optiki S.A., is committed for the protection of personal data of its customers. Nea Optiki S.A. will not use any customer personal data for sending advertisements, except the customer has requested that. Nea Optiki S.A. will not give away customer personal data to other companies, except the customer has authorized that. Customer Your personal data are stored by Nea Optiki S.A. with unique aim the customer service.
2.3.Order Cancellation
If a customer wishes to cancel his/her order has to send his/her request by e-mail at info@neaoptiki.gr or by fax at +30 2310 949602. Cancellation of an order can only be accepted before the implementation of your order. After the implementation of your order cancellation of order is not available.
